For the last decade, Jacque has specialized in Residential Property Development, from renovation and restoration to new construction. Jacque brings a unique perspective to both buyers and sellers because she understands real estate from each step of the process: sourcing property, working with builders to obtain plans and secure permits, architecture, inspections and marketing of properties. This experience allows Jacque to excel at every level of the real estate transaction.

Jacque is extremely results oriented and is passionate about the work she does for clients. Known for her contagious personality, her honesty, and her work ethic, Jacque also has a reputation for dedication to her clients and responding to their needs, questions, and concerns. She is always available via phone or email.

The Wiests are very active in their community of Safety Harbor, FL and support Veterans Assistance in the Tampa Bay area. Jacque serves as the Chairman of the Public Relations committee for The American Legion Auxiliary Post #238 and a member of The Daughters of The American Revolution, Clearwater Chapter. She is also an avid gardener and loves her orchids.
